This week, it finally felt a bit like winter, if only for a few days.
With the first freeze, I had to say goodbye to the tomatoes and the peppers. Looks like Rajas de Chile Poblano this weekend. Poblano strips, onions, garlic, salt and cream on a tortilla. The cream tames the heat of the peppers a bit. Yum!
